Commonly called “Brown Sugar” due to its Light golden brown colour. Khandsari Brown is a minimally refined sugar with coarse grains and a distinctive earthy aroma. It retains natural molasses and has a lower glycaemic index, making it gentler on digestion while providing higher mineral content.
