Our Standard Policy: Commitment to Freshness
Because our products are natural, organic, and consumable food items, we maintain strict quality control and cannot restock items once they leave our facility.
Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.
Exception: Damage or Wrong Product
We understand that things occasionally go wrong in transit. If your order arrives with an issue, we are here to help.
If you receive a product that is:
